Our bakery and family have been baking this Fruit Cake since 1954. We use NO Citron Peeling in our fruitcakes. Flour, spices, candied cherries, candied pineapple and southern pecans and a little whiskey for aging to perfection. We age our Fruit Cake for at least 12 months. This allows the flavors to blend with each other for a wonderful gastronomical experience. Eat what you want and be sure to wrap and freeze the leftovers until next year.
